WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
All candles are made to order in San Miguel de Allende. Production takes approximately 5–10 business days before shipping. Orders ship once production is complete. We currently ship within Mexico only.
RETURN POLICY
Each candle is made from natural wax and poured from a mold, which may result in small surface variations. This is a natural part of working with wax and each piece is inspected under high quality control before shipping.
If your candle arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately at care@sagrado8a.com with photos of the damage. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement as quickly as possible.

We currently offer shipping within Mexico only. Shipping rates are included in the product price. Orders ship year round and ship on all business days once production is complete.
MANUFACTURING
All candles are produced in San Miguel de Allende using small batch methods. Each candle is poured from a mold and finished by hand.
We use 100% natural, local, non toxic waxes and 100% cotton wicks. Quality control is done by hand on every piece. A portion of proceeds supports women and children in Mexico.
